PBCMMG's founder, Dr. Benjamin Soffer, MD, is a practicing physician and may appear in some rankings covering his specialty and licensed geographies. When included, his eligibility and score are determined by the same published criteria applied to all candidates. He is excluded from editorial review or tie-break decisions involving his own ranking.
